Terms of Use
Effective date: May 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern use of goipme.com, operated by International Port Management Enterprise, doing business as IPME (“IPME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. Website information
Our website provides information about shipping containers, modular structures, fabrication, rentals, sales, event structures, and related services.
Descriptions, photographs, project examples, articles, specifications, and other materials are provided for general information. They may illustrate past projects or customized configurations and do not establish the specifications, availability, price, or suitability of a particular product or service.
We may update website content and correct errors.
2. Quotes and project agreements
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, scheduling a meeting, or downloading a resource does not place an order, reserve inventory, or create a project contract.
Purchases, rentals, fabrication, design services, delivery, installation, and other project work are subject to the applicable quote and separate agreement accepted by the parties.
Those agreements govern project-specific matters, including scope, pricing, payment, deposits, scheduling, changes, cancellations, warranties, delivery, installation, and responsibilities. If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms concerning that project, the project agreement controls.
3. Project suitability and approvals
Website materials are not a substitute for project-specific engineering, architectural advice, code review, or professional evaluation.
Suitability for a particular location or use depends on site conditions, structural requirements, utilities, transportation and access, zoning, permits, fire and accessibility requirements, and other applicable rules.
Responsibility for evaluating these matters and obtaining approvals will be established in the applicable project agreement. Website examples do not represent approval for your proposed site or use.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about IPME, reviewing project examples, accessing available resources, and contacting our team.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or information.
- Disrupt website operation or bypass access controls.
- Submit malicious files, deceptive inquiries, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
- Use the website or its materials in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, and downloadable materials, is owned by IPME or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view website materials and use available downloads to evaluate IPME’s services or plan an inquiry, subject to any specific terms accompanying the material.
Other reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial reuse, or use of IPME branding requires permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Information and files you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to share submitted files, photographs, drawings, logos, and other materials.
You grant IPME limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, review, copy, and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, or perform agreed services. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize public marketing use of your materials.
Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information. If a project requires highly confidential material, contact IPME to arrange an appropriate transfer method and confidentiality terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
7. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites and services, including social networks, maps, and scheduling tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern use of those services.
IPME does not control third-party content or guarantee its availability or accuracy.
8. Website availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
These website disclaimers do not change express commitments or warranties in an applicable project agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IPME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
This provision concerns website use. Liability relating to purchased products or contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement and law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections provided by applicable law.
Dispute-resolution provisions in a separate project agreement govern disputes covered by that agreement.
11. Changes and general provisions
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Revisions apply prospectively, subject to applicable notice and acceptance requirements, and do not automatically amend existing project agreements.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not waive mandatory legal rights.
