IPME is proud to announce two new additions to its staff.
“We are bursting with excitement in regard to growing our team, as it will allow us to focus on our growing, custom rental turnkey shipping containers for events and tradeshows,” said Bill Hinchliff, CEO & Co-founder of IPME. The new hires include Gina Madonna and Liam Goren.
Gina Madonna joins IPME as Project Manager. She has over 30 years of experience coordinating managing, and producing trade shows, events and activations. A Native Californian she began her career working for LA GEAR. Gina expanded her knowledge by moving to the production/exhibit house side of the business, working with sales and production to move multiple projects through fabrication, on time and on budget. Gina’s wealth of experience comes from time with Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, Jaguar/Land Rover, Mazda, and Full-Blown Events.
“As a project manager in the trade show and event industries, you have to be a problem solver and solution oriented.” said Gina. “I envisioned working for IPME many years ago before the position was available. I can’t tell you how excited I am to work with our clients and be a part of the IPME team!”

Liam Goren, CEM, joins IPME as Sales Manager. Liam brings more than 20 years of Advertising, Sponsorship, Event, and trade show sales experience. Prior to joining IPME, Liam was a senior advertising Rep for EXHIBITOR magazine for over 7 years, and worked in Las Vegas for over ten years selling booth space for shows such as SEMA (the aftermarket automotive show). He was also responsible for creating the sponsorship and advertising sales program for The World Market Center Las Vegas. Recently Liam acquired his California Real Estate license and was about to explore the commercial side of real estate when IPME stole him back into the event and tradeshow industry.
